Mike has 25 years of experience in engineering, production management, plant management, operations, and lean consulting in the United States and Europe. Mike brings valuable experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Quality, Supply Chain, and New Product Development applications.

Prior to joining CMC, Mike was Vice President of Operations and Operational Excellence Leader for Kemlite, an industry leader in fiberglass reinforced panels where he was responsible for 600+ employees and a $250 million budget in seven states. He led Lean/Six Sigma initiatives that generated yearly savings of more than $4 million. Other improvements included 15% in freight savings, inventory reduction of 20% and three new product developments. Mike also spent 20 years with USG, a $2.4 billion drywall and ceiling products company, where he served as a plant manager, technical manager, and director of manufacturing for USG in Europe.

Mike has a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Ball State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. His certifications include in ISO 9000, Six Sigma Process Control and Green Belt.
