Dileep Thatte

Dileep Thatte joined CMC in 2007, bringing more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and general management. At CMC he specializes in helping companies achieve sustainable top-line growth, providing company leaders with expertise in the areas of strategic planning, marketing, innovation and operational excellence. As a member of CMC's business development team, Dileep works with clients to define their operational and strategic challenges and design STARR solutions to address them.
Prior to joining CMC, Dileep was business director for a $40 million unit of Ondeo-Nalco Corporation, a leading supplier of specialty chemicals for water treatment and other process industries. His career at Ondeo-Nalco included four years as general manager, with P&L responsibility, for the Asia-Pacific Rim. He also served as vice president of sales and marketing for LAS International, which manufactures and provides process design for water and wastewater treatment systems.
Dileep holds MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA from York University , Canada . He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Growth Coach for Eureka ! Winning Ways .
